Answers to frequently asked questions about the festival.

  • The festival runs from Friday to Sunday over the main weekend. Gates open at 10am each day and close at 11pm, with the final performances wrapping up at 10:30pm. Full schedule details will be published closer to the event.

  • The festival takes place at the main grounds — full address and travel directions are listed on the Visit page. On-site parking is available for a fee, and we strongly encourage carpooling. Shuttle services run from the nearest train station throughout the day.

  • Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks in sealed containers are welcome. Alcohol brought from outside the venue is not permitted. We have a wide range of food stalls, bars, and vendors on site to keep you fuelled throughout the day.

  • Children of all ages are welcome, and under-12s enter free when accompanied by a paying adult. We ask that pets are left at home, with the exception of registered assistance animals.

  • The festival is an outdoor event and runs in all weather conditions. We recommend checking the forecast before you arrive and dressing in layers. In the event of severe weather posing a safety risk, announcements will be made across the site and on our social channels.

  • Subject to availability, tickets may be purchased on the day at the main entrance. We recommend buying in advance through our tickets page to guarantee entry and avoid queues.

  • Yes. The main areas of the festival are accessible via hard-standing paths, and accessible toilets are available throughout the site. A dedicated accessible viewing area is available at each stage. Please contact us in advance if you have specific requirements.

  • Most vendors on site accept contactless card payments. Some stalls are cash only, so it is worth having some on hand. There are no ATMs within the festival grounds, so please come prepared.
